一、枪术概说 BriefIntroductionofSpear
枪，古兵器之一，武术中的长器械，又称矛，为“长兵之帅，百兵之王”。枪术历史悠久，主要动作有拦、拿、扎。枪由上古矛戈发展演变而成，宋代以后品种繁多。目前流行的枪有大枪、花枪、双头枪等。枪术除单练之外，也可与其他武器对练，如大刀进枪、剑进枪、枪对枪、双刀对枪、三节棍进枪等。枪术的主要运动特点是力贯枪尖、翻转自如、灵活多变、节奏明快、变化莫测，有“枪扎一条线”的特点。
